Hello All!

I found this cute little paper flower tutorial on tumblr.com.  Folio Love adores paper flowers and it’s always fun to learn different techniques to create these little beauties.  I hope you enjoy this on your fab Friday afternoon and that you also get the chance to try it out over the weekend!

Kusudama Flower Tutorial What you need:
origami paper or Post-it notes
glue

  1. Fold the paper in half diagonally. This will make a triangle.
  2. Fold the left and right corners up to the top of the triangle. This make a square.
  3. Fold the same points down. The folded edge will line up exactly on top of the outside edge of the square.
  4. Open up the flaps you have just created and flatten them.
  5. Fold the top triangles towards you so they are level with the edges of the paper.
  6. Fold the side triangles in along the crease you made earlier.
  7. Glue the outside triangles together to make the petal.
  8. Make four more petals and glue them together to make the full flower.

 It’s super easy!
